Note, this truck has bed sides, and rear fenders from some other application. The header panel and tailgate look like they may be correct for a 1941 Plymouth pickup. The front bumper and bumper guards also look to be from something else as well.
This was listed for sale on eBay, ending January 15th 2011. The truck was located in Florence, Arizona. It had a buy it now price of $1,500. The ad text read:

It looks to be an old Arizona Dairy truck.
This truck could be the beginnings of a Rat Rod or classic restoration; it could also be the donor vehicle you’ve been looking for.
Here is a list of the complete systems on the truck, please note the photos for body condition, as this was an Arizona vehicle there is no devastating rust on this vehicle and the sheet metal is thick and workable, the project would likely be mostly body and fender work as most pieces look salvageable.
Engine complete: (Inline 6 Cylinder, Starter, wiring, alternator, carburetor, air filter, ignition system, radiator, fuel pump, oil filter housing etc.)
Transmission complete: (Engine all the way to the Axle, including driveshaft)
Front End: (Front end suspension components complete, including brakes and all steering parts, steering gear box etc. all the way up the steering column.)
Brake system complete: (Brake pedal, master cylinder to all four corners the brake system is sealed, all drum brakes are complete with all hardware and drums)
Glass: (Only glass in good shape is the passenger door.)
All 5 original wheels are present.
Steering wheel, dash and gauges all complete, (horn under the hood is present)
