I found this truck sitting on old farm in eastern Colorado spring of 2009. With a little leg work (knocking on few doors, and a phone call) I was able to track the owner down. We agreed to a price for the truck over the phone and I loaded it on my trailer and mailed him a check when I got home in a few days. I never met the owner in person, nice to know that there is still trustworthy people out there!! This truck has since been parted out very thoroughly!! I was told by the owner that the truck had been sitting in the same place since the late 1950's or very early 1960's. I used my Old Reliable W350 1993 Dodge Cummins powered Dodge for the task of pulling it out of it's resting spot, and for loading it on my trailer. The 1st photo is in the weeds where I found it, the 2nd and 3rd photo is after it was pulled out of the weeds, and the 4th photo is after it was loaded on my trailer, with my WF-34 Record 53, ready for the trip back home.
