I found this truck 20 feet away from the crusher in a local scrap yard in western Colorado, the summer of 2008. It's life was soon to be over. I talked to the owner of the yard, and bought a bunch of parts off of the truck before he crushed it. Including the doors, windshield frame, gauges, speedo, front nose and stainless trim, hood, cowl lights, headlight buckets, a very nice set of seat springs, and everything else I could un-bolt from the truck. This truck must have been parked in barn it's whole life or something. As is was one of the cleanest truck of this era that I have ever pulled parts from. The seat springs still had all the Factory black paint on them, and there was no signs of any mice that usually like to make homes in the seats. I took the vin tag off of the truck for historical purposes, and because the truck was SOON to be crushed and sent to China anyways. I don't have any pictures of the truck in the scrapyard, I didn't have my camera with me that day :-(
