Dodge WC51 1944, modified after WW2 in wrecker for Orcet garage in Villars de Lans (dep. Isere, 38 in France). Equipped with winch mu2 Dodge m37. Except the winch and the little cabin for the winter, all is original in every detail. Motor and transmissions are perfect, good frame, correct brakes, run well.Saviour truck very well known in the Vercors mountains in France (dept Isere 38). It is spendind its retreat on the French Riviera like an old man in the South of France.
It had a good life and it is always in good condition !
Your site is wonderful ! I am crazy of old military and civilian pick up Dodge.
I would like to bring back from USA a very old (burned by the sun, rusty) 1941 Dodge 4x4 WC12 (with winch)pick up 1941 Dodge (for the engine), 1941 Chevy pick up or 1941 Hudson pick up (wonderful).
