| Truck is 13th unit off the assembly line in 1939. Engine is the very first truck engine produced (serial #1) off line for 39... Truck parked by original owner in1962 believed to have thrown a rod. Upon purchasing the truck from original owners niece summer 2017 was found not to have thrown rod but actually broke a piston. Upon receiving the truck was able to get running within 2 hours & drove around block ...twice before tear down for engine rebuild Don sherman |
