Truck was purchased as a "basket case" or in pieces from Jim Cutcliff, Pavilion, NY. The NY Special
Commercial license plate still on the truck expired in DEc. of 1973. The lettering on the doors reads: WALTER ROWAN - REDI MIX - CONCRETE - Allen St. Ext. - JAMESTOWN, NY, this would indicate that the truck was probably last registered to Mr. Rowan or his company. Mr. Cutcliff indicated to me that the truck belonged to his son who was always going to put it together but never did. When the son left home he gave the truck to his father. This history of the truck and it's current condition
shows that it has been in "storage" for a long time. I bought the truck because I'm an old vehicle
"nut" and didn't want to see it wasting away. My son wil be putting it back together.
