| Dodge emblems on the side of the hood. 1940's are not supposed to have dodge emblems on the side of the hood, but this 1940 did, and they looked to have been there since new. I believe the hood to be the original one to the truck for two reasons, 1 it has the chrome center hinge area that 1940's had, and 2 the patina on the hood matches the rest of the truck. |
