Purchased in the summer of 2019, I was told that this truck was "discovered" near Langhorne, PA, that it was used primarily on a farm and that it remained un-registered for several decades which explains the super-low (35,000) miles. Almost entirely original paint, there is very little rust, but whatever rust that is present is surface rust, and not structural. When I bought it the engine would crank, but not start...turns out that it had two stuck valves. Once I got them un-stuck, the truck started right up. I've replaced the brake lines, complete exhaust system, fuel tank, fuel pump, brake master cylinder, water pump, and original seat cover. New tires are next, some TLC for the typical rust spots on the front fenders where the fender mounting points are located, otherwise it's all original. I've driven it recently for the first time. It "drives like a truck". The steering is extremely slow and difficult, brakes are primitive....and it's a blast!
