I was unsure what this truck was, but Don Evans was able to shed some light on it. Here is what he had to say:

Was in the VPW stable. 58 W300 frame vin. 413 V8 (converted in with what appeared to be '59 crossmember & misc parts, 4 spd, Had '59 cab. Short'nd box. Factory type grille guard & interesting dual piston power assist steering setup. I think from Colorado.

I am looking for better pictures of this truck, and I would like to know who the current owner is.

UPDATE! Thanks to Gerry I have better pictures of this truck, thanks Gerry! If anyone knows who owns this truck now I would like to know what happened to it.
