This truck was listed on Craig's List in Portland Oregon. The seller was kind enough to provide the Serial Number and Wheel Base when asked. So this was a factory 116" WB 315ci V8 1957 W100 that had the front fenders replaced with those from a 1/2 ton to 1 ton 2wd, and the rear axle replaced with one from a 3/4 ton.
The ad read:
