This truck was in a field behind my mechanics shop. I bought it from him and assumed it would need *everything* I found a replacement steering box from another D200, put a giant cheater bar on a socket on the crank shaft &soaked the Pistons in penitrating oil for 2 days. Once the engine moved, replaced the starter, coil, plugs, etc. Then poured in some gas, it fired up, and started trying to move. Breaks go on it next week, then rebuild the carborator and I'll have a running truck. Old iron is amazing!
