I will try and update this information as I go along.

VACUUM ADVANCE UNITS: I reworked a vacuum advance unit for the 62 Dodge distributor,Borg Warner part no.V73.I clipped off the very end of the actuating rod with the lug that fits into the Distributor advance plate.I then drilled a 1/8th inch hole next to the end of the actuationg rod{the flat piece}and reshaped it back to a round end.then by straightening the second bend to the end and rebending it a bit further down towards the vac. unit I was able to fit this advance mechanism to My 59 Distributor. It took Me a few tries to get the bends just right but after several attempts I had it right and the alignment was real good.I then tested it with the vacuum pump and all seems good to go.This advance unit is suppose to be for ten degrees but I wo`nt know what I actually have until after I get the engine assembled and do the final tune to it.
.
Park Light Lenses:I have two lenses from a 59 dodge I just aquired, these lenses are for the "NON TRIM RINGS"I used the belt sander and reworked the outer diameter until the lens fit within the trim ring,I tried a fit into the housing and then had to sand off just a very small amount more, they fit perfectly within the housing and also inside the trim ring but the lens was too thick so I used the disk sander end of the belt sander and very carefully touvhed it to the disk, turning the lens so it would take the back collar off evenly.I had to stop and let the lens cool and then crack off the melted pieces then proceed again, sanding it off until it was flush with the screwhole bosses on the back side.It appears to be an almost perfect fit but I like the clear/white lens look better so I now know that the non trim rings can be fit to work and I will be ordering in a set of the clear lenses nd reworking them so they will fit under the trim rings.

About 1983 is when I bought this pickup.
I was the second owner of this pickup.I purchased it from a Lady that had a farm/ranch north of Plevna Montana. The box was tromped out of it as She had a Omaha Stock Rack on it and hauled livestock to market with it.
I made the deal and picked it up for five hundred but I had to rebuild the fuel system, hydraulic clutch system and the brakes before I could move it,I think I had to tune the engine too and install a carb kit but I then drove it home to Miles City Montana.
I removed the box and built the flatbed, mounted a 6000 # winch behind the cab, installed the proper sheave at the tail end of the bed and mounted the gin poles.
I loved this pickup.
Later on,Mine Youngest Boy Child needed work done on His teeth and braces. The dentist would not start until he had at least eighteen hundred up front so I sold the pickup to a guy in about 1993 or 4 and He immediately knocked the rods out of the engine,he got another WB 318 and I installed that for Him,he drove it for a while and blew the rods on that engine so the pickup sat for about fifteen or sixteen years.
Come the last part of June and My eldest Boy Child seen the owner of the pickup in the grocery store and told Kelly that He still had the old Power Wagon and He had been saving it for Me to come back out and buy it back so My son bought it,I took My trailer out and We got it loaded and while We were coming to town kelly said 'Happy Birthday Dad" whoa, what a surprise,so now I have it in my garage/shop and have the engine removed and disasembled and am cleaning and scrubbing parts to get the crankshaft ground, new bearings/rings and etc etc etc.
Welp,it looks like I will be redoing brakes and clutch Hydraulics again.LOL
I am thinking that My Son bought this for Me for My burfday so I could fix it all up and he can come over and "Borrow" it.LOLOL
