This 1954-55 Town Panel is one of the ones made for the Post Office to use for mail delivery.

Note that it has three Town Wagon style windows, all fixed. Also the right side front door has an extra dip in it to make it easier for Mailmen to reach into mailboxes from inside the truck.

This truck is also right hand drive, just like the Post Office Jeeps.

As you can see in this picture this truck still has it's faded U.S. Post Office color scheme on it.
