This 57 W100 belongs to Greg Reuther of Illinois, it is a factory 315 V8, automatic truck. Here is what he had to say about his truck:

I purchased a 57 dodge w100 power wagon without engine and trans it was original 315 v8 automatic truck it still has pushbutton selector on dash I have a good 315 motor but need transmission,kickdown linkage short driveshaft to transfercase crossmember. I am almost sure it must be from a town wagon or power wagon because they are shorter and don't have parking brake on them the parking brake is on transfer- case.
