This 57 W100 was at VPW, I was unsure what it was but Don Evans shed some light on it for me:

W100 with 230 6, 4 speed, big back window. Originally a So Oregon find brought to Iowa by the infamous B.F. VPW replaced the incorrect front fenders (I suspect front end damage as several have seen)the rig had. The rig was originally dark blue. Ran decent. Needed correct front bumper.
