I found this factory V8 3spd 59 W100 for sale on the classifieds section of the PW Page, and since I was going to be in NE picking up another truck I contacted the seller. We agreed to see the truck and Matt and I met in North Platte and checked the truck out.

It was worse the described, since the bed that was on it was an incorrect 8 foot bed, the floor was rusty(worse then described), the cab was smashed in from behind and above, the engine had been poorly changed to a later LA-318, one main leaf spring was cracked, and the front driveshaft was misiing.

I bought it and gave it to Matt in exchange for shipping my 58 W100 home to WI. We left the incorrect 8 foot bed behind, and plan to toss the LA-318, and get another cab.
